The Fluffy Story

Born from a love of Japan’s famously soft, jiggly cheesecakes, Uncle Fluffy started with one simple idea: bring that melt‑in‑your‑mouth joy to everyone, everywhere. Named to feel as warm and friendly as your favorite uncle, Uncle Fluffy now serves fresh cheesecakes, tarts, and more — always handmade and always fluffy.
